CMCE was contracted by the property owner to produce the structural design for the proposed high-end residential building located at 1200 Seawane Drive, Hewlett Harbor. The project has an approximate footprint of 9,500 square feet; the proposed structure is a 2.5-story plus basement residential building.
Project Structural Design: CMCE provided the design for a deep foundation system, mat slab, steel frame and wood framing design, including the design of helical piles.
