CMCE worked with architect, Nicholas Pappas, to provide the structural design for the remediation of an existing three-story Senior Care Facility located in Long Beach, Long Island. CMCE’s work included the structural design for the replacement of the existing damaged steel framing system and brick façade support. CMCE performed weekly inspections to assure construction compliance with structural drawings and the building’s structural integrity.
