CMCE provided the structural design of proposed 6-story plus cellar mixed-use building.
The building design included storage cellar area, commercial 1st floor area with parking and residential upper floors. Approximately gross floor area is 24,285SF of residential space and 2,028SF of commercial retail space.
Project structural design: The main structural elements of the building are steel framing with a concrete slab on metal decking, along with reinforced concrete foundation system and reinforced concrete masonry units for the stairway core and elevators shaft.
