CMCE provided the structural design of 4-story plus cellar residential building. Approximate footprint 1,230SF and 4,950SF gross floor area.

Project Structural Design: The structural element of the building is light gauge steel framing with structural steel frame. CMCE provided structural design for existing concrete foundation system reinforcement and structural repair to sustain new building loads.
